Ingredients:
Plain Noodles – 1 packet, boiled as per packet instructions
Eggs – 4
Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
Carrot – 1/2 cup, grated
Beans – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Onions – 1 cup, finely sliced
Green Chillies – 2, sliced lengthwise
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto – as required
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Saute the onions, beans and green chillies for a minute or two.
4. Add the cabbage, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto.
5. Stir-fry for a minute.
6. Add the boiled noodles and break the eggs into the pan.
7. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot.
