Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 cup, grated
Wheat Flour – 250 gms
Eggs – 4
Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
Green Chillies – 1
Saunf – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Onion – 1, chopped
Curry Leaves – few, chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Add a little water to wheat flour and knead well.
2. Combine and grind together coconut, green chillies, garlic and saunf.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Saute the onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves until golden.
5. Add the ground paste and salt.
6. Cook until the mixture starts to thicken.
7. Add the grated paneer and stir-fry for a minute.
8. Break the eggs into the pan and mix well.
9. Cook for a minute or two or until the eggs are cooked.
10. Pinch small balls of the dough and make chapatis.
11. Place 1 or 2 tsp of the egg-paneer mixture in the centre and roll tightly.
12. Serve.
