Ingredients:
Chicken – 400 gms, boneless, cubed
Tomato Puree – 2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sweet Mango Chutney – 1 tblsp
Yogurt – 1/8 cup
Garlic – 1/2 tblsp, crushed
Butter – 1 1/4 tblsp
Ginger – 2 tsp, julienned
Green Chillies – 3
Cream – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Combine the tomato puree, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mango chutney, yogurt, garlic and salt in a blender.
2. Blend to a psate and keep aside till required.
3. Heat butter in a kadai.
4. Add the reserved paste and simmer for a minute or two.
5. Now add the chicken cubes and stir-fry till the chicken is cooked and evenly coated with the masala paste.
6. Garnish with ginger juliennes, green chillies and cream.
7. Serve with roti, naan or rice.
