Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 cup, cubed
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp
Onions – 2 cups, chopped
Tomatoes – 2 cups, chopped
Curd – 2 cups
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/4 tsp
Green Chillies – 4
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder salt and coriander leaves.
4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Now add the paneer, curd, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
6. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Add the kasuri methi and mix.
8. Remove and serve as a side dish or with rice.
