Ingredients
- 8 Lamb Chops
- 1 cup Melted Butter for basting
Marinade #1
- as required Raw Papaya Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
- 3/4 tbsp Ginger Extract
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Oil
- as per taste Salt
Marinade #2
- 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt whisked
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger Extract
- 1 1/4 tbsp Ginger finely chopped or minced
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder
- 3 tsp Oil - 3 tsp
- as per taste Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Combine all the marinade #1 ingredients and apply on the lamb chops.
- Marinate the chops for 3 hours.
- Then marinate the lamb in marinade #2 for 3 hours.
- Then skewer the lamb chops and roast over a grill for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove and let the extra moisture drain off completely.
- Baste with melted butter and roast again for 5 minutes.
- Remove the chops from the skewer and serve hot.
