Ingredients:
Chicken Breast – 500 gms
Ghee – 3 tblsp
Pepper Powder – 3 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
For the Marinade:
Tomato Puree – 2 tblsp
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Sour Curd – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Prick the chicken pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken pieces with this.
3. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
4. In a pan heat half the ghee and add the chicken pieces, leaving the extra marinade aside.
5. Cook the marinated chicken pieces on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Lower the heat and mix in the remaining marinade.
7. Also add half cup of water and over with a lid and cook on low fire till the chicken is tender and all the water is evaporated.
8. Add the remaining ghee and stir gently.
9. Add the fenugreek leaves and cook and stir for another 1 minute.
10. Serve with parathas.
