Minced Meat with Spinach and Coriander
Ingredients
- 500 gms Minced Meat
- 200 gms Spinach Puree
- 4 tbsp Green Coriander Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 cup Oil

- Cook minced meat in 1/2 of the oil until water evaporates. Set aside.
- Heat remaining oil, sauté onion paste till browned.
