Ingredients:
Dried Prawns – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 kg
Oil – 1 cup
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 2, ground
Ginger – 2 tsp, ground
Garlic – 2 tsp, ground
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 15 to 20, chopped
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder as per taste
Dry Red Chillies – 5 to 6
Method:
1. Wash the dried prawns and soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the spinach well.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Fry the mustard seeds, onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and green chillies.
5. Add the prawns and fry well.
6. Drain the water from the spinach and add it to the pan.
7. Fry.
8. Add salt, red chilli powder and 1 to 2 cups of water.
9. Mix well and cook on low heat till the water is absorbed.
10. Remove and Serve.
