- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - tsp

- 3/4 cup Oil
- 3 cups Water - 3 cups
- 2 Cardamoms (large)
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Caraway Seed Powder
- 2 cups Fenugreek Leaves (without stems)
- Juice of 1 Lime
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in ginger, garlic, one sliced onion, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
- Fry the marinated chicken in half the oil until browned.
- Add 3 cups of water and cook until 2/3rds of the water dries and the chicken is tender.
- Add the remaining oil, cardamoms, cinnamon, green chillies, caraway seed powder, and sliced onion in a separate pan. Fry until cardamoms release aroma.
