Ingredients
- 1 cup Desi Ghee
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Soya Flour
- 2 tbsp Gaund (edible gum)
- 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut Flakes
- 1 Cardamom (powdered)
- 2 tbsp Musk Lemon Seeds
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 cup Jaggery (grated finely)
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- Roast gaund over medium flame till it puffs up. Cool.
- Heat the ghee.
- Add the flours and saute for 10 minutes on slow flame or till golden brown.
- Switch off the gas and add jaggery.
- Mix well stirring continuously till jaggery melts.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread it evenly on a greased thali with the help of a small bowl.
- Cut into small pieces or as desired.
- Store in an airtight container when cool.
