Ingredients:
Pork – 250 gms, tender
Potato – 1, chopped
Clove – 1
Black Peppercorns – 2
Cardamom – 1
Green Chillies – 1, chopped
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Onion – 1, small, chopped
Malt Vinegar – 1 tsp
Oil – 25 ml
Cinnamon – 1/4 inch stick
Cumin Seeds – 1/8 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 1/4 tsp
Ginger – 1/4 inch piece, peeled, grated
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the chopped potatoes and keep aside.
3. Add the onions to the same pan and saute for a minute or two.
4. Add the pork, clove, peppercorns, green chillies, cardamom, sugar and salt.
5. Cook for a minute and transfer the contents to a pressure cooker.
6. Add the fried potatoes and all the remaining ingredients.
7. Mix well and cook till the pork and potatoes are soft.
8. Serve hot with rice.
