Ingredients:
Cantaloupe Melon – 1
Mint – 1 tbsp, chopped
Ginger – 1 tbsp, chopped
Water – 100 to 150 ml
Method:
1. Halve the melon and scoop out and discard the seeds.
2. Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely.
3. Put the melon, mint and ginger in a blender and process until smooth and thoroughly combined.
4. Add the water, a little at a time, until the mixture reaches the consistency that suites you.
5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
