Pudina Chai
Ingredients
- 2 cup Water
- 12 to 15 Fresh Pudina Leaves
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 3/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Bring the water to boil and add the pudina leaves.
- Remove from fire and keep it covered.
- Keep it aside and let it steep for about 20 minutes so as to retain the oils present in the pudina leaves.
- Add the milk and the spices.
- Stir in the honey.
- Heat it on a low flame for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
