Ingredients:
Goat’s Trotters – 12, singed and cleaned
Sea Salt
Onions – 4, finely sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup, finely chopped

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon – 4 half inch sticks
Green Cardamom – 6
Cloves – 4

Method:
1. Cut the trotters into 2 pieces each.
2. Wash them with sea salt vigorously.
3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
4. Add the seasoning ingredients.
5. Add the onions and fry till they turn brown.
6. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes.
7. Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black peppercorns and salt.
8. Fry for about 10 minutes till everything is mixed well.
9. Add the trotters and cook for another 10 minutes.
10. Pour 5 cups of water and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
11. Remove from heat and when cool add the coriander leaves.
12. Mix well.
14. Serve hot with naan.
