Ingredients

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • little Coriander Leaves chopped
  • as per taste Salt
  • few Ice Cubes

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated or finely sliced

Instructions

  • Add water to the curd and mix well.
  • Sprinkle cumin powder and enough salt.
  • Stir well or whisk well until smooth and frothy.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Pour into serving glasses filled with 1 or 2 ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a little sprinkle of cumin powder and ginger.
