Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks – 16
Chicken – 2 cups, minced
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Clove Powder – 1/3 tsp
Salt to Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste – 4 tbsp
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1, whisked
Amul Cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
Green Chillies – 5 tsp, chopped
Green Coriander – 4 tsp, chopped
Cream – 1 cup
Nutmeg and Mace Powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter for Basting – 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Debone the chicken drumsticks and keep aside.
2. Mix the chicken mince with green cardamom and clove powders and salt.
3. Fill the drumsticks with the mixture and seal with a toothpick.
4. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients except butter and marinate the chicken drumsticks in it.
5. Keep aside for 2 hours.
6. Skewer the drumsticks.
7. Cook in a tandoor for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from tandoor/oven/grill.
9. Baste with butter.
10. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
11. Remove from skewers.
12. Remove the toothpick.
13. Wrap silver foil over one third of the drumsticks and serve.
