Ingredients:
Paneer – 1/4 cup, chopped
Onion – 1 to 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Tomato – 1/2, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – a pinch
Mustard Seeds – 1/8 tsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tblsp
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Roti or Paratha – 2
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the cumin seeds and mustard seeds for 30 seconds.
3. Add the onions and saute well until golden.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
5. Stir well for 2 minutes.
6. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
7. Add ketchup and mix well.
8. Add the paneer pieces and stir until well combined.
9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add coriander leaves.
10. Gently warm the roti/paratha on a hot tawa.
11. Add 1 to 2 tblsp of the paneer mixture and roll tightly.
12. Serve at once.
