Here is a question I have for all of you…do you meal plan on Sunday’s?  Do you meal plan at all? Here is another food blogger truth: I do.  I do it for many reasons, but mostly, so that I can send my husband to the grocery store with a complete list of what I need and so that I don’t have to send him back on several follow-up trips throughout the week.  Today I meal planned for this whole week.  We are so busy all week with work, kids, errands and life, that meal planning is essential.  Sound familiar? Tonight we decided to have steak and grilled veggies.  Kind of boring, right? Well, I decided to take the steak up a notch with my Easy and Simple Chimichurri Sauce.
If you have not had Chimichurri before…O-M-G!!!  It’s a stunner.  It’s a must-have, must-make sauce that you will drown your food in.  Yup.  It’s THAT good.  Seriously.  If you want to give your steak, or tacos, or even your veggies a little something extra, a little something special, then you have got to make this sauce.  Get it in your belly stat!
This sauce is easy and simple (like it says in the name) to throw together in minutes.  You can really doctor it up any way you want.  Add more pepper for more heat.  Omit the cilantro if you don’t like that and just replace with more parsley.  Or, you can even adjust the salt content.  Not only is this sauce gorgeous in color and a stunner on your food, it’s easily adjusted to your personal preferences.  Go crazy!
