- 1/4 kg Small Round Brinjals
- Oil for Frying
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 3/4 cup Onions (finely cut)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
- Salt as Required
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely cut)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Thick Tamarind Extract
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
For Dry Roast and Grind:
- 1 tbsp Dhania
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts

- Coarsely grind the dry roasted ingredients with two chopped onions.
- Slice brinjals lengthwise and cook potatoes, peel, and cut lengthwise.
- Deep fry both vegetables separately until golden brown.
