  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 Small Bunch of Coriander Leaves

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • Salt (Sugar, and Chilli Powder to taste)

  • 500 gms Carrots (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 Small Bunch of Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (ground)
  • Few Raisins
  • Few Mint Leaves (sliced)
  • Salt and Chilli Powder to taste

  • Prepare Carrots: Squeeze out all the moisture from the grated carrots.
