Can I use frozen corn for this recipe?

Yes, frozen corn works well. Thaw it before frying to achieve the desired texture.

Can I make this dish less spicy?

Certainly! Adjust the quantity of green and Kashmiri chillies according to your spice preference. The beauty lies in customizing it to your taste.

What sides complement Corn Kofta Curry?

Pair it with steamed rice, naan, or pulao for a complete meal. For a refreshing contrast, try it with cucumber raita.
