- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 Rice Wine
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Garlic (grated + 1 1/2 cups, chopped)
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
- 2 tbsp Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Coriander Leaves (handful, chopped)
Instructions
- Mix the chicken fillet cubes, rice wine, 3 tblsp soy sauce, grated garlic and corn flour in a bowl.
- Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Add the chopped garlic, spring onions, ginger, onions and mushrooms.
- Saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken, 1/2 cup soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce.
- Mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add the noodles and stir to mix again.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add the sesame oil and stir once or twice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve.
