Ingredients

  • 175 g Mushrooms (chopped, preferably shiitake)
  • 1 cup Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Plain Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.
  • Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add mushrooms, dill, soy sauce, paprika, and water.
  • Stir, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In another pan, melt the remaining butter.
  • Add flour, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring continuously, until thickened.
  • Combine this mixture with the mushroom base and stir.
  • Cover and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Add salt, sour cream, pepper, and lemon juice before serving.
  • Stir well and garnish with parsley.
