With its unique texture and flavour, Karacha Dosa is a must-try for those looking for a new and simple recipe to add to their repertoire.

Karacha Dosa is a popular South Indian delicacy made using maida (plain flour) as the base ingredient. Unlike the traditional dosa made with rice and urad dal, this dosa has a crispy texture and a unique flavour that sets it apart. Karacha dosa is a perfect snack for any time of the day. It can be enjoyed with various accompaniments like coconut chutney, sambar or even spicy tomato chutney.

The use of maida in this dosa gives it a light and crispy texture different from the usual dosas. The simplicity of this dish makes it an excellent option for those who want to try their hand at making something new without having to invest too much time or effort.
