  • 4 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Almonds (or Cashew Nuts or Pistachios - lightly toasted, finely chopped)
  • 2 1/4 cups Butter (unsalted, cubed)
  • 3 cups Raspberry Jam - 3 cups
  • 1 tsp Sea SaltSalt - 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp

  • Combine flour, oats, caster sugar, brown sugar, salt, salt, baking soda, and almonds.
  • Mix well until blended. Gradually add butter and mix until it resembles wet sand.
