Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use store-bought rotisserie chicken?

Without a doubt. Shredded rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut for an even quicker prep. Just mix it right into the veggie mixture.

Can these be made vegetarian?

For sure. just omit the chicken and load up on extra veggies like roasted red peppers or marinated artichoke hearts. The hummus and feta provide plenty of plant-based protein.

What if I can’t find Kalamata olives?

Any briny black or green olives will work well as a substitute. Or, you can leave them out entirely if you’re not a fan.

Is there a substitute for the feta cheese?

You could use crumbled goat cheese or even shredded mozzarella in a pinch. But trust me, the salty, tangy punch of that feta pairs so perfectly with the other Greek flavors.

How spicy are these wraps?

These have just a very mild kick from the red chili flakes. Feel free to add more if you like things spicier, or omit them entirely for a no-spice version.
