  • 2 cups Aval (Poha)
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 Coconut (grated)
  • 1 Onion (big, finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Bengal Gram Dal
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 to 3 Green Chillies (slit (or finely chopped))
  • 1/2 inch Ginger (peeled, grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves (few)
  • Coriander Leaves (few, chopped)
  • Salt as per taste
