Cauliflower Roti
Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour
- 1 Cauliflower cleaned, grated
- 5 Green Chillies
- as per taste Salt
- 1 inch Ginger peeled, finely chopped
- few Coriander Leaves chopped
- as required Ghee
- as required Oil
Instructions
- Combine the cauliflower, ginger and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Add 2 tsp ghee to wheat flour.
- Add little oil and mix well.
- Add the cauliflower mixture, salt and enough water.
- Mix to a roti dough consistency.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll them out into thin rotis.
- Heat a tawa over medium flame.
- Cook the prepared rotis on both sides and remove.
- Serve with raita or side dish of choice.
