Ingredients:
Tofu – 175 gms, cubed
Onion – 1/2, sliced
Garlic – 2 small cloves, finely chopped
Red Chilli – 1, sliced + 1, sliced for garnish
Broccoli – 1/2 cup, chopped
MUshrooms – 200 gms
Oyster Sauce – 1 to 2 tblsp
Chicken Stock – 1 to 2 tblsp
Vegetable Oil – 1 tblsp
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp, cracked
Method:
1. Heat 1/2 tblsp oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the tofu and stir-fry until goldden.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Add the remaining oil to the pan.
5. Stir-fry the onions for a minute.
6. Add the garlic, red chili and pepper.
7. Stir-fry for a minute.
8. Add the broccoli and mushrooms.
9. Cook for a minute.
10. Add the tofu to the pan.
11. Add oyster sauce and chicken stock.
12. Cook for a minute and remove to a serving plate.
13. Garnish with red chilli and serve with cooked rice.
