  • 2 to 3 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3 tsp Mutton Masala Powder (readymade)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Bay Leaf (few)
  • 2 Cloves
  • Saunf (little)
  • 1 to 2 Cardamoms
  • 2 Cinnamons
  • 10 to 12 Cashewnuts (10 to 12)
  • Curry Leaves (few)
  • Coriander Leaves (little)
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as per taste

  • Marinate mutton with salt, turmeric powder, mutton masala, ginger garlic paste, and water.
  • Pressure cook until four whistles, then cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan; add bay leaves, cloves, sunfish, cardamoms, and cinnamons.
