Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken – 350 gms
Melted Butter
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice – 2 tblsp
Grind to a Smooth Paste:
Spinach Leaves – 3, boiled and drained
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, chopped
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
For the Marinade:
Green Chillies – 3, seeded
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder – 3/4 tsp
Cashewnut Cheese Paste – 3 tblsp
Cream – 1 tblsp
Egg – 1, whisked
Method:
1. Wash the chicken and cut into 3 inch pieces.
2. Combine the ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice.
3. Rub this onto thicken and keep aside for an hour.
4. Combine the ground spinach paste with the marinade ingredients.
5. Rub this onto chicken and keep aside for 3 hours.
6. Place the chicken pieces onto skewers, 1 inch apart, and roast in a preheated tandoor or oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
7. Remove and baste with melted butter.
8. Again roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
9. Remove and serve hot with chutney.
