Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Fillet – 500 gms, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Broccoli Florets – 1/2 cup
Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced or chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Ginger – 1 tblsp, finely sliced
Onion – 1/2 large or 1, small, chopped
Soy Sauce – 2 tblsp
Water – 2 tblsp
Sugar – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Oranges – 1/2 cup, sweet
White Sesame Seeds – little, toasted, for garnish
Oil – 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the garlic, onions and ginger for a minute or until onions turn light brown.
3. Add the chicken pieces and stir.
4. Add water, soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Add the vegetables and cook till tender.
6. Add salt and pepper powder.
7. Mix well and add the oranges.
8. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
9. Transfer to a serving bowl.
10. Serve hot with rice.
