Ingredients

  • 300 g Paneer (cut into small cubes or grated)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter
  • Butter or Mayonnaise or Cheese Spread (as required)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Few chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Sandwich Bread Slices

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Stir fry the paneer for 60 seconds.
  • Lower the heat.
  • Add the spices and tomato puree. Mix well.
  • Cook over low heat for one minute more, stirring gently so the paneer pieces do not crumble.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves, remove them, and keep them aside.
  • Spread butter (or mayonnaise or cheese spread) on the bread slices.
