Omelette with Onion, Capsicum and Spinach
Ingredients
- 6 pc Eggs ( 5 to 6)
- 1 pc Onion (finely sliced)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 cup Baby Spinach Leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Tomato chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (sliced)
- Oil (as needed)
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Stir-fry capsicum until lightly browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions in oil for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle red chilli flakes and stir well. Set aside.
- In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs.
- Heat a tawa over medium flame and pour in some egg mixture.
- Tilt the pan for even spreading, then sprinkle spinach leaves.
- Top with onions, tomatoes, and capsicum.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until just set.
