Ingredients:
Wheat Tortillas – 2
Carrot – 1, small, grated
Cucumber – 1, small, peeled, grated or finely chopped
Spring Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 2, small, chopped
Lettuce Leaves – few, chopped
Red Onion – 1, finely chopped (optional)
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Mix the red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder in a bowl.
2. Place the tortillas on a flat surface.
3. Spread the paste on the tortillas.
4. Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
5. Divide them between the tortillas and roll them tightly.
6. Cut them in half and serve at once.
