Ingredients

  • 225 gms Chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup Red Capsicum (seeds removed, finely sliced)
  • 1 Onion (large, finely sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive OIl (+ 1 tblsp)
  • Flour for dusting
