Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts – 1 cup, cooked, chopped
Strawberries – 1 to 1 1/2 cups, hulled, sliced + extra for garnish
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
White Wine Vinegar – 1 tblsp
Mango Chutney – 1 tblsp
Spring Onions – 3, sliced
Walnuts (or Almonds) – 1 to 2 tblsp
Lettuce – torn
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, mango chutney, garam masala powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Whisk well.
3. Add the chicken, onions, spring onions and walnuts.
4. Mix well.
5. Keep this in the fridge for 8 hours or over night.
6. Add the strawberries just before serving.
7. Spread the lettuce on a plate and place the salad on top.
8. Garnish with strawberries.
9. Serve at once.
